Bevi is seeking a Senior Director, Product & Experience Design to lead industrial design and UI/UX across Bevi machines and digital interfaces, shaping how customers interact with every pour.

You'll manage and grow a design team, set vision and standards, and partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure a cohesive Bevi brand across hardware and software.

The role comes with a compensation range of $220,660-$272,580 USD, equity, and comprehensive benefits, based in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design with 5+ years leading both hardware and software design.
• Proven track record building and scaling design teams.
• Strong craft in hardware and digital interfaces.
• Experience partnering with engineering and manufacturing.
