Inspire Brands seeks a senior culinary leader to drive SONIC’s menu innovation from concept through launch, partnering across Category Management, Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA.

You will lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, balance innovation with feasibility and financial goals, and guide training and documentation to ensure consistent restaurant execution across brand platforms.

Qualificações

• 4 Year Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science or related field is required.
• 10+ Years experience in a culinary or product development role; QSR preferred.
• Food story-teller with passion for F&B.
• Leader and team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage 50-75+ projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for tastings and vendor work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic menu development and product innovation across core menu, platforms, beverages, LTOs, and ingredients.
• Partner with VP to evolve the brand's culinary identity and translate insights into winning menu solutions.
• Own product development from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Lead culinary ideation sessions, tastings, and workshops with internal and external partners.
• Manage development priorities, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Lead culinary workstreams during testing, validation, commercialization, and launch readiness.
