The role requires a 4-year degree in culinary arts or related field and 10+ years in culinary/product development, preferably in QSR, with strong leadership and storytelling

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science or related field.
• 10+ years of culinary or product development experience, QSR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development from concept to launch of new menu solutions.
• Partner with VP and cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-relevant innovation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing culinary team; manage priorities and timelines.
• Oversee product specifications, recipes, and development documentation.
