Queen of Peace Center in St. Louis, MO, seeks a dynamic Senior Director of Community Outreach to lead housing, recovery, and community-based programs while serving as a regional ambassador for our mission.

You will build partnerships, guide strategic growth, and lead diverse teams to improve outcomes for women, children, and families in the greater St. Louis area. This is a mission-driven, senior leadership role with a focus on impact and collaboration.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral health, human services, healthcare administration, public administration, or related field.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) or equivalent leadership experience in behavioral health, community outreach, housing, or human services programs.
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience, including supervision of staff, program operations, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for outreach, housing, patient engagement, and community-based behavioral health programs.
• Develop and implement program goals, performance measures, and growth strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Evaluate community needs, identify service gaps, and recommend new initiatives or program enhancements.
• Promote and support organizational vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives across all areas of responsibility.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen collaborative relationships with community organizations, healthcare systems, referral sources, government agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.
