Job summary

FutureCare Health & Management seeks a Corporate Director of Nutrition Services to provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support for nutrition across a multi-facility SNF/LTC organization.

You will mentor a team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Dietary Managers, coordinating with Dining Services, Nursing, and clinical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Proven knowledge of clinical quality and consistency of Nutrition Services.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain Registered Dietitians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Dietary Managers across multiple facilities.
• Ensure CMS/state regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Develop standardized nutrition practices and oversee nutrition-related purchasing.
• Provide clinical coverage during Dietitian vacancies and periods of high demand.
• Lead QA/QAPI initiatives and foster vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with Dining Services, Nursing and other clinical teams to optimize resident outcomes.
