Summary: The Senior Director Nursing Services provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all nursing operations within Altru Health System, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and quality across all clinical settings. This role is responsible for the overall management and development of nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, and continuous improvement.
