Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Director, North America Marketing to lead integrated marketing for the United States and Canada. This leadership role reports to the SVP & Global Head of Marketing and drives brand activation across PR, digital, retail, and partnerships.
You’ll build regional plans, align investments with growth priorities, and manage a multi-year marketing strategy with measurable impact while working in a hybrid, onsite-dominant environment near Portland, Oregon.
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

You’ll be responsible for building brand relevance, driving consumer demand and delivering integrated marketing strategies across the United States and Canada for the Columbia brand. This role is an opportunity to lead the next phase of the Columbia brand for North America as we accelerate to even greater heights in our mission to be the no.1 brand in the outdoors globally.
