Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Director, North America Benefits to join our Global Total Rewards team. You will design sustainable benefit strategies across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, partnering with senior leadership to balance fiscal responsibility with competitive programs that safeguard and support our workforce.

In this role, you’ll lead a remote team of benefits professionals, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance while optimizing vendor partnerships to maximize the value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive benefits leadership across multi-country portfolios (US, Canada, PR)

Responsibilities

• Drive regional benefit strategy design and administration for NA.
• Champion financial stewardship with multi-region budgets and benchmarks.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and regional compliance with Legal, Tax and Payroll.
• Optimize carrier/vendor relationships to control costs and maximize value.
• Provide leadership to a remote team of benefits professionals.
