Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years in project management within large/complex healthcare organizations.
• 5 years in healthcare operations leadership.
• 5 years in financial management and strategic development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory functions across the neuroscience institute.
• Translate strategy into executable operational plans to improve quality, access, growth, and financial performance.
• Lead senior managers and clinic managers to ensure standards and execution across sites.
• Develop clinic leadership infrastructure, governance, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across programs.
