Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle region seeks a Senior Director Clinic Operations to lead ambulatory functions of the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and related partnerships. You will translate strategy into executable plans, overseeing quality, access, growth, patient experience, and workforce engagement across multiple clinics and subspecialty programs.

• 5 years of experience in project management within large/complex healthcare organizations.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in financial business management and strategic development.
• Progressive leadership in multi-site ambulatory operations with accountability for clinic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across the SNI ambulatory network.
• Drive growth, access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Mentor direct reports and align priorities with institute strategy.
• Collaborate with medical directors and hospital partners to optimize care models.
• Develop clinic leadership infrastructure, governance, and escalation pathways.
• Establish standardized operating models and performance metrics across sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Oversee implementation of care continuum integration across settings.
• Provide executive oversight of high-profile neuroscience projects.
