Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is building its US commercial capabilities for a first launch in oncology. This remote, US field-based role reports to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations and leads a Field Excellence operating model across geographies.

The role will manage two Directors of Field Excellence, serve as the primary operational partner to the VP Sales, and develop infrastructure to capture field intelligence and resolve national issues with data-driven reviews and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial operations experience in oncology with direct support of a field sales organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and build an operating model from scratch in a pre-launch environment.
• Strong analytical and operational fluency.

Experience and Skills:

Compensation and Location:

• Remote US field-based role with approximately 40% domestic travel.
• Pay range $217,000 - $271,000 USD, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.
• Reports to Executive Director, Commercial Operations.
