• Manage risk tolerance, market appetite and emerging risks.
• Evaluate performance using financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting authority and governance.
• Collaborate with Risk Control, Actuarial, Claims and Compliance.
• Develop training tools and guide staff with succession planning.
• Build relationships with branches, brokers and customers.
