• Strong governance, roadmaps, and reference architecture skills.
• Cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and platform ecosystems design.

Responsibilities

• Maintain NAPD architecture landscape across transformation programs.
• Lead Architecture Community of Practice and set design principles.
• Build and develop the NAPD architecture team; hiring and mentoring.
• Define API, integration, and interoperability strategies.
• Partner with executives to prioritize investments and budgets.
• Ensure solutions are interoperable and aligned to target state.
• Drive architecture governance, standards, and roadmaps.
