Qualifikationen

• 13+ years in Enterprise/Solution/ Application Architecture or related
• 6+ years of diversified leadership driving architectural direction and roadmaps
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
• Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid-cloud ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience influencing senior executives on technology decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and strategic investments
• Experience building/maturing an architecture function and operating model

• Maintain a current architecture landscape across transformation programs
• Surface duplication and rationalization opportunities at the portfolio level
• Lead the Architecture Community of Practice across programs
• Build and develop the architecture team including hiring and performance management
• Assess architecture quality and coherence across programs
• Define and execute architecture strategy aligned with transformation objectives
• Deploy architecture standards and governance across the organization
• Define API, integration and interoperability strategies
• Partner with executives to prioritize investments and budgets
• Develop architecture talent and promote engineering excellence
