Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Senior Director, Department of Surgery to lead ambulatory operations across multiple sites and specialties. You will partner with physician leaders, site leadership, and system stakeholders to ensure high-performing access, quality, and financial outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy.

The role requires seven years of progressive clinical operations leadership, a bachelor’s in a related field (master preferred), and experience with Epic or similar EMR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations or physician practice management.
• Experience partnering with physician leaders and managing complex operations; Epic or similar EMR strongly preferred.
