Job summary

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations or physician practice management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for ambulatory practices and clinical sites and inpatient services across multiple specialties and locations.
• Lead through Directors and Managers with accountability for performance across sites.
• Own system-level performance including access, utilization, throughput, patient experience, quality, and financial performance.
• Establish and monitor operational performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Escalate significant operational, financial, or performance issues with recommended actions.
