Housing Trust Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Multifamily Marketing to lead portfolio marketing for over 5,500 apartment homes across Florida, including LIHTC and HUD programs. The role drives demand, accelerates lease-ups, and supports occupancy targets while optimizing spend and brand reputation across digital channels.

• Experience in LIHTC/HUD marketing and fair housing advertising.
• Strong budget ownership and analytics skills.
• Proven leadership of marketing teams and portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual portfolio and community marketing plans with defined audiences, positioning, budgets, and lead goals.
• Own the annual marketing budget and adjust spending based on leasing results and market conditions.
• Present monthly dashboards with performance, variances, risks and recommended actions.
• Lead marketing for new construction, renovations, and repositioning to stabilize occupancy.
• Direct digital marketing, websites, SEO, paid media, and reputation management across channels.
• Maintain brand standards and coordinate with Compliance and Operations.
