Job summary

HTG Management LLC is seeking a Director of Multifamily Marketing to lead portfolio marketing across Florida, overseeing digital channels, branding, and reputation management. You will partner with Leasing and Operations to convert demand into leases, drive occupancy toward 98%+, and optimize ROI on marketing spend.

The role requires residence in Florida, travel as needed, and a hands‑on leadership style to set strategy, manage vendors, and execute campaigns across LIHTC, HUD, and workforce

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD marketing requirements, Fair Housing advertising, and rent restrictions.
• Proven results in digital advertising, SEO, ILS optimization, reputation management, budget ownership, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with multifamily CRM and property marketing systems; lead attribution and AI-supported leasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio marketing plans with audiences, positioning, calendars, budgets, and KPI targets.
• Own annual marketing budget and reallocate resources by performance.
• Review occupancy trends and implement corrective marketing actions to sustain 98%+ occupancy.
• Present monthly dashboards showing performance, budget variances, risks, and actions.
• Evaluate contracts and vendors; negotiate terms and track renewals.
• Lead marketing for new construction and transitions to stabilization.
• Coordinate preleasing campaigns, interest lists, and tours across teams.
• Maintain brand standards across websites, ads, signage, and printed materials.
