Job summary

STAQ Pharma Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to own end-to-end supply continuity across Columbus and Denver, driving procurement strategy, inventory optimization, and warehouse execution while upholding cGMP and our quality system.

You will lead inventory strategy, demand planning, supplier forecasting, and vendor management, establishing KPI-driven processes and ensuring regulatory readiness. This senior role requires 8+ years in supply chain and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field is required or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in regulated manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; experience with ERP and GL systems
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with cGMP requirements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory strategy and availability across Columbus and Denver
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supplier capacity requirements
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and supplier performance scorecards
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP and quality systems; support inspections and audits
• Oversee material qualification, change control, and cross-functional coordination in supply chain
