Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Network Director to lead a multi-site residential network serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires hands-on on-site leadership, staff development, and ensuring quality, compliant service delivery across all locations.

The position reports to the Chief Program Officer and offers a schedule Monday–Friday with some evening presence, plus performance-based bonuses and a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Illinois DHS/DD, CILA, Medicaid-funded services, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, manage complex operations, and execute organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a large, multi-site residential network.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered supports across locations.
• Maintain on-site presence; oversee staffing, scheduling, and retention.
• Supervise and develop network leaders, monitor performance and compliance.
• Oversee budget, expenditures, and fiscal stewardship for the network.
• Prepare for surveys, audits, and external reviews; ensure documentation completeness.
