Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking a Network Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for a large, multi-site residential network serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will report to the Chief Program Officer and be accountable for quality, compliance, workforce performance, and fiscal stewardship. The role requires regular on-site presence, collaboration with organizational leaders, and an emphasis on person-centered practices, staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in services for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-site residential services of substantial scope.
• Experience with budgetary oversight, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and interdisciplinary operations.
• Knowledge of Illinois DHS/DD, CILA, Medicaid-funded services, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight for a large, multi-site residential network.
• Ensures high-quality residential supports that promote dignity, choice, independence, community inclusion, and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes.
• Maintains regular on-site presence across residential locations with weekly weekday evening presence.
• Provides direct supervision, coaching, development, and performance management to assigned leaders.
• Establishes clear expectations for network leadership and accountability for quality, compliance, and operations.
• Oversees staffing patterns, vacancies, scheduling, overtime, performance, and retention.
• Ensures services operate in accordance with federal/state requirements and Trinity policies.
• Prepares for surveys, audits, and external reviews and drives corrective actions as needed.
• Supports completion of Personal Plans, Implementation Strategies, and other person-centered requirements.
• Promotes Personal Outcome Measures and other person-centered practices to drive improvements.
