Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Network Director to lead a large, multi-site residential network supporting individuals with IDD. You will ensure high-quality, person-centered services, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive workforce performance across locations.

The role is on-site with regular in-person oversight, reporting to the Chief Program Officer. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with two annual performance-based bonuses and room for leadership contributions across

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in services for people with IDD.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-site residential services.
• Budgeting, regulatory compliance, and workforce management experience.
• Knowledge of Illinois DHS/DD, CILA, Medicaid-funded services preferred.
