Leap Brands is seeking a Director of Construction to plan and execute new restaurant builds and oversee projects from development to completion across the United States. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic and tactical leadership, and accountability for budgeted results.

Responsibilities include site design reviews, coordinating with planning bodies, managing multiple locations, and ensuring adherence to brand standards, codes, and schedules while guiding subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction of commercial spaces, specifically restaurants or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of construction and development concepts and strategies.
• Clear understanding of the dynamics and economics of construction.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Proven interpersonal, negotiation, planning, communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise site design and development for multiple locations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists.
• Manage budgets and timelines to meet project costs and schedules.
• Review plans, bids, and shop drawings for errors and updates.
• Lead and supervise construction personnel, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and brand standards.
