Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related financial services roles with multi-asset exposure.
• Strong quantitative background in index design and asset allocation.
• Experience coaching and developing product teams.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, development, and launch of systematic multi-asset indices and investment solutions, including asset allocation, risk-controlled, target outcome, insurance-related, and derivatives-based strategies.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert in client meetings, product pitches, trainings, conferences, and other external forums; translate complex index strategies into clear commercial narratives.
• Maintain market intelligence by tracking trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Support and manage the existing multi-asset index suite with a focus on growing adoption and revenue across client segments.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering collaboration and high performance across initiatives.
