Brex is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for the Mid-Market segment to lead four frontline sales leaders and ~20 Account Executives. You will report to the SVP of Sales and drive segment performance, strategy, and execution across growth initiatives.

This second-line leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on coaching, talent development, and scalable processes to improve pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in Mid‑Market or up‑market environments.
• Proven ability to manage managers in second‑line sales leadership roles.
• Strong operating and analytical rigor for forecasting, pipeline management, and inspection systems.

Responsibilities
