• Provide overall merchandise strategy for short and long terms, including final selection of merchandise and assortment breadth.
• Research and analyze market trends to develop commercially viable products and improve offerings.
• Collaborate with IMPACT, Marketing, Operations, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising teams and manage projects end-to-end.
• Monitor inventory, sales and gross margin to ensure financial plans are met.
• Lead and develop merchandising staff and ensure policy compliance.
