About This Role:
As the Senior Director of Medical Affairs Statistics, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team focused on evidence generation and health technology assessment. This position is critical to ensuring the development and dissemination of scientific evidence of clinical outcomes and product value for marketplace stakeholders. With your expertise, you will impact evidence strategy and oversee analytics which contribute directly to our organization’s success. The base salary range for this position is $230,000-$316,000. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
