Station Casinos is seeking a Marketing Strategy Lead to shape the marketing direction for multiple properties in Las Vegas. You will develop database-driven campaigns, calendar planning, and promotion strategies while guiding a team of marketing analysts.

You will oversee direct marketing initiatives, analyze mailings and promotions, and report results to senior leadership. Collaboration with guests, teams, and management is essential to success.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of analysis experience in the casino industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading others in analytical or strategic roles.
• Ability to write queries to extract information from databases; Cognos Authoring and SQL preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing strategy development for a property set and drive analysis of marketing programs.
• Manage and develop marketing and direct marketing calendars with properties.
• Direct all aspects of direct marketing initiatives and related analysis.
