Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to build the operating foundation for our Marketing organization. You will partner with the CMO and leadership to establish rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional alignment—driving strategy to execution with clarity and accountability.

You’ll orchestrate a complex, full-channel marketing ecosystem producing 200+ assets each month, shaping an integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans to connect

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Relocate to Omaha, NE or reside nearby.
• Multi-unit B2C experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across channels.
• Experience building integrated roadmaps, calendars, and scalable operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across campaigns, launches, brand and creative work, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and manage a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans for 200+ assets per month.
• Develop operating model, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and governance.
