Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to lead the operational backbone of its marketing organization in Omaha, NE. You’ll craft rhythms, plans, and cross-functional alignment to turn strategy into execution with accountability.

You will orchestrate a complex marketing ecosystem, managing a calendar, roadmaps, and work-back plans for 200+ assets monthly across channels. Relocation required for non-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing operations or related leadership roles.
• Ability to relocate immediately to Omaha, NE.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
• Proven track record building integrated roadmaps and scalable systems.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across channels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence at senior levels.
• Familiarity with Asana or Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across campaigns, product launches, and brand work.
• Own a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans.
• Coordinate 200+ assets per month across multi-channel marketing.
• Build operating model, rhythms, and governance connecting strategy to execution.
• Partner with CMO and executives to translate priorities into action.
