Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to build the operating foundation for the Marketing organization in Omaha, NE. You will partner with the CMO, create rhythms and roadmaps, and orchestrate a complex, full-channel ecosystem producing 200+ assets per month.

In this high-impact role, you will implement scalable processes, lead a growing team, and drive cross-functional initiatives across campaigns, launches, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing operations or related leadership roles.
• Willing to relocate to Omaha, NE immediately.
• Multi-unit B2C experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume marketing portfolios across channels.
• Built integrated roadmaps and work-back plans for campaigns and launches.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and accountability.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Asana or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across campaigns, product launches, brand and creative work, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and manage a single integrated roadmap, master calendar, and work-back plans for a 200+ asset-per-month ecosystem.
• Sequence priorities, milestones, dependencies, and approvals to keep launches on track.
• Create operating model, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and governance linking strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with CMO to translate priorities into coordinated execution; align stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Lead Marketing Operations team and collaborate with Finance on budgets and investment governance.
• Partner with Analytics to evaluate performance and prepare executive updates and recommendations.
