Sysco Corp. is seeking a Director of Margin & Profitability to lead the USFS Finance Forecasting Center of Excellence.

You will advance margin forecasting capabilities, standardize methods, and deliver actionable insights to enable profitable growth across Finance, Sales, and Executive leadership. You will build scalable margin models, drive driver transparency, and partner with cross-functional teams to transform forecasting into proactive decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA and CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of related experience, GAAP experience, and management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise margin forecasting, GP$, GP/case, and profitability forecasting.
• Build driver-based forecasting models linking volume, price, mix, cost, inflation, and customer economics.
• Own margin analytics and provide actionable insights on drivers of margin expansion and erosion.
• Drive the Forecasting COE operating model to standardize tools, data views, and governance.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Management, Merchandising, and Executives to support pricing and profitability decisions.
