SOME, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Individual Giving in Washington, DC. The role leads SOME's major gifts, planned giving, mid-level and monthly giving programs with a portfolio exceeding $20 million annually.

The candidate will work closely with the EVP, Chief Development Officer, and cross-functional teams to build an integrated philanthropy culture and ensure gift officer capacity and program success. This is a hybrid position with on-site initial onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years nonprofit fundraising experience with major gifts and supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing fundraising team.
• Strong relationship building with donors, boards, and organizational leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a major gift portfolio of 50-75 prospects and meet revenue targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive major gifts strategy including qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Provide oversight for the Individual Giving team portfolio and moves management practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on donor relationships, briefing materials, and stewardship plans.
• Oversee portfolio assignment, moves management, and Salesforce-based progress tracking.
• Lead planned giving strategy, pipeline development, and marketing with cross-functional partners.
• Steward planned giving donors and manage bequests and legacy gifts processing.
