Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Individual & Planned Giving to architect and grow the organization's annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving programs. The role requires hands-on success with high-net-worth donors and a track record of closing substantial gifts.

You will lead a small team, supervise the Senior Manager, Individual Giving, and collaborate with Senior Director, Development to expand the donor base and revenue stream.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on fundraising experience closing five- to seven-figure gifts.
• 2–3 years of management experience in nonprofit development.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a donor-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the individual giving revenue portfolio across annual and planed gifts.
• Supervise the Senior Manager, Individual Giving and collaborate with operations.
• Develop moves-management and personally solicit high-net-worth donors.
