Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Individual & Planned Giving to architect our annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving programs. You will personally solicit high-net-worth donors and close significant gifts, building a sustainable revenue stream.

The role requires hands-on experience in donor cultivation, managing a team, and a track record of closing substantial gifts. Bachelor's degree is required; CFRE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience as an individual gift officer closing gifts.
• Ability to solicit high-net-worth individuals with five- to seven-figure gifts.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience building and managing a diversified donor portfolio.
• Knowledge of planned giving vehicles and related donor discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving strategies.
• Build and manage a diversified donor portfolio.
• Supervise the Senior Manager, Individual Giving and the broader function.
• Personally close high-net-worth gifts.
• Collaborate with Senior Director to expand the donor base.
