Job summary

Elanco Tiergesundheit AG seeks a Senior Director of Technical Services/Manufacturing Science to lead TSMS at the Elwood, KS facility. You will oversee global TSMS activities for the mAb portfolio, drive technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, and ensure cGMP compliance, process control, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biomanufacturing related discipline required.
• 15+ years’ experience in a regulated, commercial manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in development and/or manufacture of monoclonal antibody products.

Responsibilities

• Lead TSMS activities at the Elwood facility and across the mAb network as SME.
• Orchestrate technology transfer from R&D to commercial manufacturing with robust CQA and validation.
• Drive improvements to productivity, gross margin, and capacity; manage capital budgets and third-party sourcing.
