Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr Director, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the Company’s inorganic growth through strategic transactions and partnerships, reporting to the CFO and engaging with the CEO and Board.

You will drive acquisition origination, due diligence, valuation, and execution, shaping capital allocation and long-term enterprise strategy in a global public company with over $6B in value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance or M&A advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition, partnership, joint venture, and investment opportunities in line with Lamb Weston's strategy.
• Develop M&A investment theses aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, market disruptions, and opportunities.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with investment bankers, advisors, and potential counterparties.
• Lead negotiations and oversee due diligence across financial, operational, and legal disciplines.
