Jobtailor seeks a seasoned M&A Integration Program Manager to lead cross-functional integration across Semiconductor, Product Test, and Robotics businesses. You will own the deal calendar, run diligence cadence, coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales, and drive milestones to close.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in M&A integration or program management.
  • Led at least three end-to-end integrations, including cross-border or manufacturing footprint.
  • Experience in top-tier consulting or Big 4 M&A integration practice and in-house execution.
  • Ability to hold senior functional leaders to commitments without formal authority.
  • Experience in technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Strong written discipline and structured documentation.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as program manager for all active transactions across Semi and Product Test and Robotics.
  • Own deal calendar, workstream plan, and single source of truth for status and decisions.
  • Lead diligence cadence, kickoff, coverage, issue escalation, and closure of open items before signing.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales to commitments.
  • Own closing checklist and conditions precedents through signing.
  • Manage virtual data room, external advisor coordination, deal budget and fee tracking, approval workflow, and board logistics.
  • Begin integration planning during diligence and develop Day 1 and first hundred days plans.
  • Lead the Integration Management Office and chair integration steering cadence.
  • Own Day 1 readiness across all functions.
  • Translate the investment thesis into a tracked integration plan with owners, dates, dependencies, and exit criteria.
  • Establish synergy baseline and track cost and revenue synergy delivery.
  • Manage risks affecting deal value, including product roadmap continuity, customer commitments, talent retention, supply chain exposure, and operating model disruption.
  • Manage buy-side and sell-side transition services agreements.
  • Declare integration complete and transition steady-state ownership to the business.
  • Produce executive and board transaction and integration status reporting.
  • Maintain decision logs and supporting rationale.
  • Build integration playbook, functional checklists, Day 1 templates, and integration scorecards.
  • Run six- and twelve-month post-close reviews against the original investment thesis.
  • Deploy modern program management and AI-enabled M&A tooling.
  • Apply execution discipline to divestitures and separations.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience
  • At least five years in M&A integration or transaction program management
  • Early career experience in a top tier consulting or Big 4 M&A integration practice, followed by in-house ownership of integration outcomes
  • Personally led at least three integrations end to end, including at least one of significant complexity, such as a cross-border transaction or a business with its own product roadmap and manufacturing footprint
  • Demonstrated ability to hold senior functional leaders to commitments without formal authority
  • Experience in technology, semiconductor, semiconductor capital equipment, or engineering-driven manufacturing environments
  • Exceptional written discipline and bias toward structure, documentation, and transparent follow-through
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor with regular engagement with executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline

Demonstrates extensive experience in M&A integration and transaction program management, with a strong focus on leading complex integrations and managing cross-functional teams. Proficient in developing and executing integration plans, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with executive leadership.
