Job summary

Good Samaritan Society is seeking an experienced executive to oversee our SNF and Senior Living locations across North Dakota. The role leads daily operations, aligns staffing and resources, and drives regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Must reside in North Dakota or a surrounding state and hold North Dakota NHA licensure. This full-time position offers day shift, 40 hours per week, and an incentive bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ administrative management experience, preferably within a healthcare industry.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Value Based Payment benefit programs required.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term care location operations and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
• Develop and monitor budgets and investment priorities.
• Oversee infection prevention, safety, and QA programs.
• Align facility goals with enterprise mission and values.
