Job summary

Good Samaritan Society is seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to lead remote ND long-term care locations. You will direct operations, financial planning, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of healthcare administrative management experience, including Medicaid/Medicare knowledge. Remote ND-based leadership with full-time schedule and 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ administrative management experience is required, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Value Based Payment programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the location(s) within the long term care sector.
• Develop strategic, financial, and operational plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA compliance.
• Guide leadership on budgeting, investments and policy matters.
