Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and J.D. from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice law.
• Clerkship on a federal court of appeals.
• 8+ years of practicing attorney experience with complex litigation.
• Track record of success in complex litigation at trial and appellate levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy on litigation, policy engagement, and advocacy.
• Identify and assess opportunities to advance Lilly’s policy objectives.
• Provide litigation counsel to internal teams on policy priorities and drafting materials.
• Manage litigation and investigations from strategy to resolution.
• Lead outside counsel and manage budgets.
• Engage with government agencies, trade associations, and external counsel.
• Build relationships across Lilly’s legal and business functions.
• Monitor developments affecting drug pricing, access, and reimbursement.
