Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Counsel – Litigation, Legal Policy and Strategy to lead complex litigation efforts and shape policy engagement in support of pharmaceutical innovation and access.

In this remote role, you will develop legal strategies on drug pricing and reimbursement, manage investigations, coordinate with outside counsel, and engage government and industry stakeholders to influence policy developments across healthcare and regulated industries.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license.
• Minimum 8 years handling complex litigation, including trial and appellate work.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries; policy engagement and advocacy.
• Clerkship on a federal court of appeals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advise on legal strategies addressing laws and regulations impacting drug pricing, reimbursement, and industry trends.
• Manage litigation, investigations, and disputes; lead outside counsel.
• Engage with government and external stakeholders; monitor policy developments.
