Job summary

Dartmouth College seeks a Senior Director, Learning & Institutional Impact to lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its inclusion learning and belonging strategy. Qualifications

Masters or equivalent combination of education and experience in higher education, organizational development, adult learning, or related field.
PhD plus 6+ years of experience in higher education or related field.
Experience leading inclusion and belonging initiatives at institutional scale with senior stakeholders.
Strong ability to translate climate data into actionable programs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead learning strategy and institutional change initiatives across faculty, staff, and students.
Design and assess inclusion training and curriculum at scale.
Translate campus climate data into prioritized programmatic actions.
Collaborate with senior leaders to advance belonging across divisions.
