Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Global Marketing & Launch Excellence Director to partner across global and affiliate organizations, driving launch readiness, brand planning, and marketing capabilities.

You will lead the Ipsen Way to Launch framework, orchestrate global and local launch activities, and foster knowledge sharing to enable successful product introductions in Oncology, Neuroscience and Rare Diseases.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical marketing/commercial roles.
• Proven launch track record with 4–5 specialty care product launches.
• Strong strategic and operational marketing experience.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and affiliates.
• English fluency in written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Launch Excellence Lead and optimize the Ipsen Way to Launch framework across therapeutic areas; coordinate activities for global and local teams.
• Oversee Global & Local Brand Planning from development to execution and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead Marketing Capability Building via the Ipsen Business Academy and drive global rollout.
