Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Director / Senior Director to lead IT M&A integration across healthcare and related regulated industries. You will own end-to-end delivery, from due diligence to value realization, working with client CIOs/CTOs and deal executives.

As a hands-on leader, you will balance speed and risk, scale repeatable delivery models, and guide clients through digital transformation leveraging EHR, ERP, AI, automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Senior IT integration leader with M&A experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives and deal teams.
• Experience delivering IT integration across complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT M&A integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and integrations.
