Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and separations, from due diligence through post‑close integration and value realization.
• Serve as the primary IT integration lead on complex, high-stakes transactions with disciplined execution and risk management.
• Oversee IT due diligence with cross-functional workstreams, translating findings into actionable scope, cost, risk and timing.
• Lead IT carve‑outs and separations across applications, infrastructure, data, security, and access management.
• Own IT TSA strategy, execution, and exit planning.
• Provide CIO/CTO‑level advisory support while remaining engaged in execution decisions.
