The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of consulting experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in digital transformation initiatives. This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $250,000, along with benefits including medical, dental, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in digital transformation and/or IT integration.
• Direct M&A experience leading IT integration efforts.
• Willingness to travel as needed (typically Monday–Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration across mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise clients on IT strategy and digital roadmaps.
• Establish and refine Huron's IT M&A integration methodology.
