Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12 years related experience.
• Securities operations expertise across all bonds and asset classes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full trade lifecycle across AIM, CAMRA and WSO and related platforms.
• Monitor data feeds, resolve breaks, and manage discrepancies for accurate processing.
• Provide end-to-end strategic leadership across the investment lifecycle.
• Own data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
• Identify data gaps and maintain audit and accounting compliance.
• Oversee core investment systems and ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain data integrity, governance standards, and system reliability.
• Oversee transaction processing, funding authorizations, and control compliance.
• Oversee collateral management and asset transfers for timeliness.
