Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12 years related experience.
• Securities operations expertise across bonds and asset classes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full trade lifecycle across AIM, CAMRA and WSO platforms.
• Monitor data feeds, resolve breaks, and manage discrepancies.
• Lead end-to-end strategic investments operations and governance.
• Own data validation frameworks for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Identify data gaps and ensure audit and accounting compliance.
• Oversee core investment systems integration and reliability.
• Maintain data governance standards and system controls.
• Manage transaction processing and funding authorizations.
• Oversee collateral management and asset transfers.
• Provide investment documentation to assist NAIC ratings.
• Own the control framework and SOX compliance with audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and process improvements.
