  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level leadership at strategic publishers in North America
  • Partner with Product, Marketplace Quality, and Inventory Management teams to execute a roadmap of supply-focused strategic initiatives that support business growth in North America

Who you are:

  • SME level knowledge and a thought leader in the audio space
  • A proven leader with strong people management abilities and a collaborative team approach
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to create data driven influence with key partners.
  • Excellent narrative capabilities that communicate TTD’s strategy and align partners to long term goals.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development at ad tech companies, media companies or other related organizations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry organizations.
  • Understanding of the North American media landscape and the trends impacting programmatic advertising
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial, Product and Operations teams.
  • Ability to motivate, set priorities, guide and mobilize a team to execute, deliver results, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven critical thinking, data driven communication, questioning and listening skills in formal and informal settings.
  • Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes, and comfort with complex concepts in a fast-paced environment.
